What you'll do
Collaborate with business and operational stakeholders to identify their objectives and processes.
Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements effectively.
Transform business needs into user stories, functional specifications, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
Work alongside the Technical Design Authority and Solution Architects to validate that the suggested solutions meet the requirements.
Requirements




Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven ability to document and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Strong understanding of user story creation and acceptance criteria development.
Experience working with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Must hold Australian citizenship and possess Baseline Clearance.
Nice to have
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Experience with tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
Skills & tools
Proficient in requirements gathering and analysis techniques.
Strong documentation skills for both functional and technical specifications.
Knowledge of process flow development and user story creation.
