We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join Solbari on a 12-month parental leave contract. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the planning and delivery of integrated brand campaigns, product marketing and go-to-market activity across key customer touchpoints.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys turning strategy into action. You'll work closely with Digital, Product, Content, Creative and external agency partners to deliver campaigns that build brand awareness, support customer acquisition and contribute to Solbari's next phase of growth.
About the role
Own the integrated marketing calendar across campaigns, product launches and key brand moments.
Translate marketing strategy into campaign plans, product marketing activity and go-to-market execution.
Partner with Product to shape positioning, customer proposition and launch strategy early in the development cycle.
Lead integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
Develop campaign messaging, positioning and storytelling frameworks.
Brief and partner with Content, Creative and external agencies to deliver campaign assets.
Lead strategic brand partnerships and campaign collaborations that support brand awareness and customer engagement.




Partner with Digital to understand performance and turn insights into recommendations for future campaigns.
Lead post-campaign reviews and capture performance, customer insights and learnings for future activity.
Act as the central marketing lead for assigned campaigns, keeping internal teams and external partners aligned from planning through to delivery.
About you
You have 5+ years' experience in brand, campaign or digital marketing, ideally in eCommerce, retail or a consumer brand environment.
You have delivered integrated campaigns across multiple channels and enjoy managing work from brief through to execution and review.
You understand product marketing, campaign messaging and go-to-market planning.
You are highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
You are confident working with cross-functional teams, agencies and creative partners.
You can interpret campaign and customer data and translate it into practical recommendations.
You bring strong creative judgement, clear communication and a collaborative working style.
