About the Role
We currently have a vacancy for a fulltime
Freezer High Reach Storeperson
to join the team.
Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
Process both inbound and outbound orders.
Replenish stock in a timely manner.
Operate handheld technology such as RF scanners.
Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to print labels and verify data.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all incoming and outgoing orders.
Follow client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet customer expectations and minimise stock damage.




Support stocktakes as required.
Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
Adhere to MOKA Safety Policies & Procedures, including hazard awareness.
About You
Along with a strong work ethic, and previous experience in a similar role you'll have/be:
Valid Forklift Licence (LF), counterbalance is essential, experience with high reach forklifts is highly regarded.
Ability to work in a frozen workplace, -22
Punctual and well-versed, with great attention to detail
Previous experience on an SQF-accredited site would be highly regarded.
Flexible, positive, and proactive "can-do" attitude.
Proven experience in picking, packing, checking, and dispatching orders.
Experience using warehouse management systems, including RF scanners.
Strong team player with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Solid understanding of WH&S; policies and procedures.
Knowledge of inventory management practices.

Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook.
