Key Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional front-of-house experience to clients, tenants, and landlords.
Handle inbound phone calls with professionalism and accuracy.
Conduct
outbound calls
to prospective clients, tenants, and landlords to assist with property inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service follow-ups.
Build rapport and maintain ongoing relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Provide administrative support to the Property Management and Sales teams.
Maintain a well-presented reception area and uphold the agency's professional image.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of client communication and service processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills- comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
Prior experience in administrative or receptionist roles is advantageous.
Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging in professional client conversations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new CRM platforms.
Reliable, well-presented, and a strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
