About the role Bluefin Resources is looking for multiple Azure DevOps Engineers with significant experience in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) to join a major client in Australia.
These positions are initially offered as 12-month contracts, with the potential for extension.

What you'll do
Develop and implement new DevOps pipelines within Azure DevOps.
Oversee the management of deployment processes, including approval gates and pull requests.
Address and resolve deployment issues as they arise.
Implement strategies to mitigate risks during deployments, ensuring minimal downtime throughout the software development lifecycle.
Secure AKS workloads and manage identities by avoiding connection strings and configuring Azure permissions appropriately.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps roles.




Proficient in Azure DevOps and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and practices.
Experience with deployment automation and monitoring tools.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments.
Nice to have
Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with containerization technologies beyond AKS.
Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
