Keep the counter area welcoming, organised, and buzzing
Build relationships that turn walk-ins into regulars

You're someone who:
Enjoys talking to people — all sorts of people
Likes learning new gear, tools, and tech
Can stay calm and friendly when it gets busy
Isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves
Is reliable, curious, and takes pride in doing a job properly
Must have valid Australian work rights or visa authorisation
Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years welding/industrial sales experience.
