The Prospect
We are seeking a Family Lawyer to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing, experienced and dynamic family law team consisting of four lawyers and a trainee lawyer.
The successful candidate will be able to advise on, with limited supervision the following matters:
65DAAA matters
Relocation issues
In addition to running these type of matters, the ideal candidate will have knowledge of:
Family Violence




Small business operations and structures
SMSF's
The Role
As a Family Lawyer at Wakefield Lawyers, you will:
Provide sound legal advice and guidance to a diverse range of clients
Be a sounding board for your colleagues
Be able to advocate for your clients in and out of Court
Contribute to team meetings on Family Law issues
Meet reasonable deadlines and proactively manage client enquiries
This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with a minimum of four days per week required for part time applicants.
