Contract:6 weeks, with potential to extend
Hours:Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

1 x Full-Time (Temporary)
1 x Part-Time (Tuesday & Thursday) (Temporary)
We are currently seeking Membership Officers to join a well-known AFL organisation during a busy membership renewal period.
You will be joining a friendly and supportive team and will play an significant role in supporting members throughout the renewal period, with a strong focus on member retention and delivering excellent customer service.
About the Role
This is a busy and high-volume position where no two days will be the same.
You will be responsible for managing a large volume of member enquiries across email and phone, helping members with their queries and supporting membership renewals.
Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls




Handling and responding to a large volume of email enquiries
Assisting members with their membership enquiries and requests
Supporting member retention and membership renewals
About You
Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, membership or sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience using Archtics is highly desirable
Confidence handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems
