Procurement Specialist - Premium Cosmeceutical Brand
Built on science.
Scaled through discipline.
Ready for the next phase.
Synergie Skin is an Australian owned, leading manufacturer of skincare for the medical aesthetics and beauty therapy sectors.
We are trusted by clinics, dermatologists, beauty professionals and end users across Australia and in more than seven international markets.
From our new manufacturing facility in Springvale, we are one of the few genuinely vertically integrated skincare businesses in the country, with manufacturing, quality, R&D;, marketing, sales and dispatch all under one roof.
Our ISO ***** accreditation reflects the standard we hold ourselves to every day, and it means the person managing our supply chain plays a direct role in the quality behind every formula we make.
The Opportunity
This is a hands on, commercially focused role at the operational heart of the business.
As our Procurement & Logistics Officer, you will own the end-to-end sourcing, purchasing and inbound supply chain, converting production requirements into timely purchase orders, managing supplier relationships and ensuring materials arrive on time to keep our manufacturing lines running.
You will report directly to the Head of Operations and work closely with Production, Quality & Regulatory, Warehouse, Dispatch, R&D;, Marketing and Finance.
Because we manufacture in house, this role is not procurement at arm's length from the product.
What you source and how you manage it has a direct line to what goes into every jar and bottle we sell, and we are so proud of this.
If you want a role where your judgement genuinely matters and your decisions are visible in the outcome, this is it.
What You'll Do
Source and procure raw materials, packaging, POS materials, marketing collateral, consumables, maintenance items and services across all business categories

Convert approved Material Requirements Planning (MRP) signals into accurate purchase orders in NetSuite, managing them from creation through to delivery
Coordinate inbound freight, import activity and customs requirements, resolving delays and documentation issues proactively
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, lead times and terms, while holding suppliers accountable for quality and delivery performance
Monitor material availability and escalated supply risks, shortages and recovery actions to the Head of Operations in a timely manner
Maintain accurate procurement master data in NetSuite and prepare regular reports on spend, supplier performance and purchase order status
Support quality and compliance obligations under ISO ***** by ensuring supplier documentation, Certificates of Analysis and procurement records are audit ready
Identify and drive cost saving, process improvement and supplier rationalisation opportunities
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in procurement, supply chain or logistics operations, ideally in a manufacturing or regulated environment
Sound working knowledge of inventory management, inbound logistics and supplier management
Experience with ERP or purchasing systems, NetSuite experience highly regarded
Strong commercial judgement with the ability to balance cost, quality, risk and operational priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work across functions without direct authority
Highly organised,

detail oriented and capable of managing competing priorities under pressure
A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or a related field is preferred but not essential
How We Work
'Fit' - how well you connect with our culture - what makes you thrive here.
We are looking for someone who genuinely operates the way we do, guided by our 5C values.
Customer-Centricity.You understand that every material you source ultimately reaches a customer's skin, and you carry that responsibility seriously through every purchase order and supplier decision.
Curiosity. You ask questions rather than assume, and you are not satisfied with "that is how we have always done it" when there might be a better way.
Collaboration. You build real relationships, with suppliers and with the teams across Production, Quality and R&D; who depend on you, because you know more gets done together than alone.
Clarity. You communicate directly, elevate issues early rather than let them fester, and favour practical solutions over unnecessary complexity.
Continuous improvement. You always strive to take your tasks and outcome to the next level.
Mediocrity is not in the Synergie Skin playbook.
Why Join Us?
Be part of a energetic, growing Australian owned business with an exceptional product range and a passionate team
A role with real scope and visibility, where your work directly supports production, quality and commercial outcomes
Work inside a genuinely vertically integrated operation, rare in this industry, where you see the full journey from raw material to finished product
Collaborative, supportive culture where initiative is valued and recognised
Modern, refurbished facilities in Springvale with everything under one roof
Competitive salary commensurate with experience
