We're re-opening applications for an exciting role at Gametraders Mt Gravatt – and we'd love to hear from passionate, motivated individuals ready to join our dynamic team.
Who We're Looking For:
Experienced Retailer (Part-Time, With Pathway to Full-Time)
We're looking for a confident, capable team member with solid retail experience to join our crew at Gametraders Mt Gravatt.
If you're currently working in retail and know your way around customer service, merchandising, and fast-paced store environments, your skills will be genuinely valued here.
What You'll Be Doing:
Deliveringfriendly, knowledgeable customer serviceto help customers find what they're looking for
Maintainingclean, organised displaysand a well-stocked store
Engaging with customers to understand their interests and make recommendations
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
Supporting the team and contributing to a fun, collaborative workplace
Assisting withtrading card events, quoting trades, and learning to use our systems for pricing and inventory
About You:




You care about your work and bringenergy and a great attitudeto the team
You have strongcustomer service skillsand love helping people
You're a good communicator who works well with others
You'redetail-oriented, reliable, and able to adapt in a fast-paced workplace
You're comfortable usingFacebook, as we use it for team communication
Availability onevenings and weekendsis a must
Must be available from mid November until January
You don't need to be a trading card expert (yet!), but you'll need to be open to learning the basics – from quoting trades to helping with event nights (we run them twice a week).
