Bringing together the deep community connections, shared values and specialist expertise of both organisations, Omnia builds on more than 50 years of experience delivering health and wellbeing services within the not-for-profit sector.

About the Role
The Team Leader Counselling (Hume) & Family Violence is responsible for leading day-to-day operations, staff supervision,



and quality improvement across Omnia Community Health's counselling and family violence programs. The role contributes to a safe, high-performing and team-oriented team, and supports integration, reform implementation and service alignment across Omnia. The position includes clinical leadership and a small client caseload.
