Tecside are seeking an organised and customer-focused Warranty Administrator to join our client's team, a leading global manufacturer of heavy equipment basedin Western Sydney.
This is a part time chance working 8 hour days Monday – Wednesday, for a 12 month period.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Working closely with Technical Support, Service teams, and customers, you'll play a key role in managing warranty claims from start to finish while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the end-to-end warranty claims process.
Prepare and process warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
Raise purchase orders, invoices and warranty-related documentation.
Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates.
Liaise with customers, technicians and internal stakeholders to gather claim information.
Maintain accurate records and update internal databases.
Generate and distribute reports as required.
Provide administrative support across the broader team when required.
About You




Previous experience in warranty administration, service administration or a similar customer service role.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing documentation and data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and confidence using business systems.
The ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
A collaborative team approach with a strong customer service mindset.
Experience within the heavy equipment, automotive, manufacturing or industrial sectors is desirable.
