Sales and Marketing Assistant - Residential Development
We're partnering with a well-established residential property developer to appoint a
Sales and Marketing Assistant
who will play an integral role supporting the delivery of exciting new residential projects across Melbourne.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced setting and wants exposure to both marketing and sales within a respected property business.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the Marketing Director and the broader sales and marketing team, you'll provide day-to-day coordination across project marketing, sales administration, CRM management, reporting and customer engagement.
You'll become a key member of a collaborative team, ensuring projects are well supported from campaign delivery through to customer settlement.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple residential communities
Manage property listings, house and land packages and digital marketing content
Prepare sales documentation including availability lists, price lists and supporting materials
Maintain CRM data, customer records and lead information with a high degree of accuracy
Assist with enquiry management, customer communications and appointment coordination
Produce weekly and monthly reports on enquiries,



campaign performance and sales activity
Conduct competitor and market research to support project recommendations
Assist with project launches, display suite activity, community events and stakeholder presentations
About You
Ideally you'll bring:
Previous experience in a marketing, sales support, administration or coordination role
Experience within residential property, land sales or property development will be highly regarded
Strong administration and organisational skills
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar
High level proficiency across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
A collaborative attitude with the confidence to work across multiple stakeholders
