Contract Administartor - T2 head contractor
A fantastic chance has become available for a Contract Administrator to join a highly regarded Tier 2 Head Contractor delivering a diverse pipeline of industrial, commercial, and retail projects valued between $10M and $50M.
Working across a variety of exciting builds, you will be given genuine ownership of your projects while being supported by a collaborative team environment that encourages growth and progression.
The Role
You will work closely with the commercial team and Project Manager, taking responsibility for the commercial administration of projects including:
Subcontractor procurement and management
Contract administration and project documentation
Variations, progress claims, and payment schedules
Cost tracking, reporting, and forecasting
Managing subcontractor relationships and commercial outcomes
Supporting the successful delivery of projects from start to finish




About You
You will be a driven Contract Administrator who is looking to build a long-term career with a respected contractor. You will ideally have:
Experience working for a T2 head contractor
Exposure to projects across commercial, industrial, retail, or similar sectors
Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
