YPA Point Cook is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Consultant with a strong understanding of the Chinese property market to join our team.
If you have a proven track record in real estate sales and are fluent in Mandarin (or Cantonese), we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Actively generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients, with a focus on the Chinese buyer and seller market.
Conduct property appraisals and presentations to potential sellers.
Negotiate sales and manage the entire sales process from listing to settlement.
Maintain solid relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in real estate sales, particularly within the Chinese property market.




Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (required) in addition to English.
A passion for real estate and a commitment to achieving results.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
A current Agent's Representative certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
A current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
