Business Analyst / Process Excellence Analyst – Insurance
Location:Sydney – Hybrid
Duration:Initial 6 mth contract
We are seeking an experiencedBusiness Analyst / Process Excellence Analystfor an immediate contract prospect with a leading organisation in the insurance sector.
You will work with business stakeholders to analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities and support the delivery of practical, measurable change.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or Process Excellence Analyst.
Demonstrated experience working within theinsurance industry.
Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience analysing current-state processes and designing improved future-state workflows.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
Experience supporting process improvement, transformation or change initiatives.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or BPMN will be highly regarded.
Ability to work in Sydney under a hybrid arrangement.
