Based in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs, Cooper Robinson specialises in styling premium homes for some of Melbourne's leading real estate agencies. Behind every successful installation is a collaborative, supportive team that works hard, celebrates success, and genuinely enjoys what they do.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Property Stylist to join our growing creative team.
With the support of your styling manager, your primary focus will be selecting furniture, artwork and accessories for approved projects before bringing each property to life through exceptional onsite styling.
Every home presents a new opportunity to create something special, so we're looking for someone who can confidently make styling decisions, work efficiently under deadlines, and consistently deliver beautiful, market-ready interiors.
You'll regularly liaise with homeowners, vendors, real estate agents and fellow team members, ensuring every interaction reflects the professional, friendly and six-star service Cooper Robinson is known for.
What You'll Bring
Has previous experience as a Property Stylist (experienced applicants only)
Minimum 3 years industry experience
Has exceptional styling skills and a genuine passion for interiors
Can confidently style premium homes with minimal supervision
Has an outstanding eye for detail and knows when less is more




Thrives under deadlines and enjoys the excitement of a fast-paced environment
Is organised, reliable and highly punctual
Communicates confidently with clients, agents and colleagues
Enjoys working independently while also being a supportive team player
Is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences at every stage
Holds a current driver's licence and has access to their own vehicle for work purposes
