Swift Transport Services are an express Taxi Truck and Courier Company in Dandenong South looking for a Courier Fleet Controller who has worked in a similar role to join our team. Swift Transport Services are a highly regarded transport business who focus on providing an exceptional delivery service to a range of businesses throughout Melbourne and Victoria. The role:
Despatching high volumes of work to a channel of drivers (courier - 2 tonne channel)
Monitoring driver pays and KPIs
Adhering to safety regulations
The ideal candidate:
Experienced despatcher (must have genuine experience despatching high volumes of urgent same day adhoc deliveries)
Professional and focused on the best ways within their role to provide excellent customer service
Dedicated,



reliable and able to work under pressure
Some experience despatching on taxi truck channels preferred but not essential
Accurate and effective run planning
Reliable and hardworking with a great attitude
Excellent salary on offer which is negotiable depending on experience level. 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
Weekly Pay. Dandenong South location.
Previous applicants with relevant experience as a Fleet Controller are welcome to apply. Please note this is a position for someone with Fleet Controlling experience in the express same day industry.
