The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Coordinator to join our Service Delivery Team. In this pivotal role, you will:
Coordinate and roster services for our team of direct care workers
Match staff skills and availability to the individual needs of consumers
Manage shift replacements and schedule new services
Respond to inbound enquiries and maintain accurate data for reporting
Provide general administrative support across the team

About You
You are skilled, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. You work well in a team but also show initiative and independence.
You will also bring:




Experience working in aged care or community services
Proficiency with computerised rostering systems (AlayaCare experience highly regarded)
Strong capability in matching staff to consumer needs
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage expectations
High accuracy in data entry and the ability to identify and resolve errors
A solution-focused mindset, flexibility, and resilience under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Confidence interacting with people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
Skills in a European language such as German or Polish (desirable but not essential)

Position: Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:06pm
