Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Food and Beverage Duty Manager for East Fremantle Community Park's Carnaby's hospitality brand. You will oversee daily F&B; operations, lead a team, and ensure service excellence across a café, bar, restaurant and function centre.
Key duties include staff development, cost control, compliance with licensing, hygiene, OH&S; and HACCP guidelines, and building solid community relations while ensuring a high standard of presentation.
