Saints College is seeking a People and Culture Business Partner (Regional) to partner with line managers and deliver a comprehensive HR service across the employee lifecycle. The role covers Geelong, Colac and Ballarat campuses with travel to the Melbourne Central Office and offers 1–2 days per week of work from home.
We require 3 years in a similar role with strong employee relations expertise, plus relevant HR qualifications. This is a fixed-term 2-year appointment under the EREA framework.
