Job Description
About the role:
Professionally engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our inventory, including vehicle features and benefits.
Understand the trade-in valuation process of POV vehicles
Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle options to align with customer desires.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Collaborate with the finance and car care team to present suitable financing and vehicle accessory options to customers.




Maintain a robust customer database and follow up with potential leads to encourage repeat business.
Stay informed about industry trends, models, and competitor offerings.
Desired Skills and Experience
Who we're looking for:
Previous automotive sales experience in Pre-Owned Sales (must have).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong customer rapport.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a volume environment.
In-depth knowledge of POV vehicle brands, models, market value and features.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
