photography, videography, and floorplans

Key Responsibilities
Capture high-quality property photos that highlight each listing's best features.
Shoot and edit engaging real estate videos that tell a visual story.
Create accurate and professional floorplans using measurements and layout software.
Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment.




Stay current with creative trends and technology in real estate media.
Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Organize tasks and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Experience in real estate photography, videography, and floorplan creation.
A portfolio demonstrating strong creative and technical skills.
Proficiency with qualified cameras, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Suite, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Strong sense of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
