We are looking for one more quality person to join our expanding residential sales team.
This role would suit either an experienced residential sales agent looking for the right long-term home, or a newer agent with the right attitude, work ethic and appetite to learn.
You will be joining a respected local agency with strong demand, an established database, admin and marketing support, your own office, onsite car parking, and a team that wants to see the right person succeed.
About the role
This is a hands-on residential sales role where you will work across the full sales process, including appraisals, listings, buyer management, inspections, negotiations and client follow up.
You will have support around you, but this is still a role for someone who is proactive, coachable, accountable and prepared to do the work.
We are not looking for someone who wants to operate on an island. We are looking for a good person who wants to be part of a team, build strong relationships, represent the Maxwell Collins brand well, and grow their career in the Geelong market.
Key responsibilities
Conduct marketing appraisals
List residential properties for sale




Manage buyer enquiries and follow up
Conduct private inspections, open homes and auction campaigns
Support vendors through the full sales process
Prepare paperwork, contracts and compliance requirements
Use the existing database to create and nurture opportunities
Attend team meetings, training sessions and local community events
What we are looking for
Current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or completing it)
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Strong communication skills
A positive, professional and persuasive approach
Strong organisation and time management skills
A self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn
Someone coachable, reliable and team first
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in residential real estate
