About the Role
We are seeking
experienced and reliable Disability Support Workers
(male and female) for
immediate start
across the
Fraser Coast region
.
This role will see you supporting participants with
Complex Care needs
including
Seizure Management
,
PEG Feeding
, and
Tracheostomy Care
, as well as daily living and community participation supports.
As part of our dedicated team, you will:
Support children, young people, and adults living with disability
Provide
high-quality person-centred care
in both individual and group settings
Assist with personal care, medication, domestic tasks, and skill development
Support participants to access their communities and live fulfilling lives

What We're Looking For
We are looking for team members who are:
Fully available
across all shifts —
mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays
Confident and willing to train
within Complex Care teams
Physically fit and emotionally resilient
Strong communicators with great attention to detail
Able to follow support plans and maintain accurate documentation
Committed to professional boundaries and ethical practice
Essential Requirements
Current QLD Driver's Licence
Registered, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Current
Blue Card
and
NDIS Worker Screening Check
(or willingness to obtain)
Current
First Aid and CPR Certificate
(or willingness to obtain)
Willingness to undertake
Complex Care
and
Medication Administration
training
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Pay Rate:
Based on classification and experience, including all
applicable penalty rates

weekend and public holiday loadings
