Who are we looking for?
Minimum
Certificate IV in veterinary nursing
with minimum 2 years experience as a full time qualified nurse
Experience, or a strong interest in specialist surgical nursing
Sound
knowledge and experience in anaesthesia
, correct terminology, and critical care patients.
Understanding of surgical procedures
, aseptic techniques, and sterile preparation.
Ability to
work effectively in a fast-paced environment
, managing multiple cases in a day and prioritising tasks
Exceptional attention to detail
and ability to maintain accurate records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
