Bistro Thierry is a French premium dining venue located in Hawksburn Village, Toorak. We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and help deliver a high-quality dining experience in a well-established hospitality venue. Employment type: Full-time Salary: $75,000-$85,000 per annum plus superannuation Key responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and front-of-house team
Manage staffing, rosters, service standards and customer experience
Supervise reservations, table allocations and service flow
Train, mentor and support floor staff to maintain high service standards
Monitor stock levels, ordering and cost control in coordination with management
Assist with budgeting,



reporting and operational planning
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety and liquor licensing requirements
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally
Skills and experience required:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant management or senior hospitality management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, staff supervision and cost control
Relevant hospitality qualifications will be regarded favourably
