Job Description
Greca Restaurant is looking for a Chef De Partie. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Brisbane City, QLD. They will be responsible for the following duties:
Work across all sections of the kitchen, from cooking over fire to pastry and larder sections
Work with the head chef and sous chef on the creation and implementation and development of recent dishes.
Train junior team members to the Greca standard
Stock ordering and regular stock-takes
For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:
1 years minimum experience required and experience
Minimum qualification Trade Certificate IV or Diploma
Experience in Greek cuisine a plus not essential
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 plus 12% super
