About the Role
Set up, calibrate, and optimise machinery to ensure efficient production and high product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Line Setup & Changeovers: Perform productive mechanical changeovers on production lines (e.g., Slicers, Thermoformers and Robots) to meet the daily production schedule.
Mechanical Support: Assist Maintenance Fitters with preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and installations
Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues
Conduct performance trials and maintain quality standards
Complete basic maintenance and record keeping
Work with team to meet production targets and safety standards
About You
Line Setter/TA experience in FMCG/manufacturing
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Knowledge of mechanical/automated systems
Desirable (But Not Essential):
Forklift Licence (LF).
Certificate II or III in Food Processing or a relevant Trade Assistant qualification.




Experience with PLC-controlled machinery or HMI touchscreens.
