We are seeking a reliable and motivated signage all‐rounder to join our growing team.
This hands‐on role involves the manufacture, assembly and on‐site installation of custom signs & 3D signage. Duties include painting, fabrication, LED wiring, final assembly and installing completed signage at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing and finishing signage components
2Pac spray painting and general paintwork
Assembling 3D letters and illuminated signage
LED wiring and installation within signage products
Installing signage at customer sites
Measuring, positioning and securely fixing signage to various surfaces
Using ladders, elevated work platforms and access equipment where required
Loading, transporting and unloading signage and installation equipment
General fabrication and workshop duties
Conducting quality control and final product inspections
Maintaining a clean and safe workshop and worksite
Assisting with packing and dispatch when required




Following workplace health and safety procedures in the workshop and on‐site
Skills & Experience
Experience with 2Pac or industrial spray painting
Experience in signage installation, construction, shopfitting or a similar hands‐on role
Knowledge of signage fabrication or similar manufacturing work preferred
Basic understanding of LED wiring and electrical assembly
Ability to safely and confidently use hand and power tools
Ability to take accurate measurements and complete installations to a high standard
Comfortable working at heights and carrying out physically active work (incl certs/tickets)
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual and motivated attitude
Current driver's licence
Construction White Card
