In this role, you will be responsible for after-sales technical support for inverters and battery energy storage systems (ESS), including but not limited to:
1. Provide installation guidance, commissioning support and maintenance training for inverters and battery systems to installers and customers;
2. Handle technical support via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses;
3. Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting, including inverter and battery replacement, defect analysis, and field service when required;
4. Diagnose and resolve issues related to battery systems, BMS, communication and system integration;
5. Collect, document and analyse after-sales cases clearly, and report to the team leader on a regular basis;
6. Work closely with sales, project and service teams to support installers and ensure smooth project delivery;
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related major;
2. Minimum 1 year experience in technical service,



commissioning or after-sales support within the solar or energy storage industry;
3. Hands-on experience with battery systems, BMS, PCS, EMS and communication protocols (CAN / RS485) is a strong advantage;
4. Solid customer-service mindset with excellent problem-solving skills;
5. Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly both verbally and in writing;
