We are seeking a passionate and experienced Women's Health Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Pando Society. This is an exciting opportunity for a practitioner who is dedicated to providing holistic, evidence-based care across all stages of life, with a particular interest in women's health, fertility and preconception care, pregnancy and postnatal care, and paediatrics.
In this role, you will assess, diagnose and treat a broad range of musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions, combining hands-on therapy with individualised exercise prescription and rehabilitation programmes to help patients reduce pain, restore function and move with confidence. You are passionate about patient education and empowering people through movement, ensuring every treatment plan is tailored to support each individual's goals and long-term wellbeing.
As an integral member of our team, you will work within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary environment, regularly co-managing patients and communicating with our Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Naturopaths, Myotherapists and Massage Therapists across lymphatic, remedial, relaxation and Balinese massage. We believe exceptional patient outcomes come from practitioners working together, and we're looking for someone who genuinely values collaboration and integrated care.
Beyond one-on-one consultations, we're seeking a practitioner who is excited to become an active part of the Pando community by delivering exercise, rehabilitation and educational classes or workshops within our studio space, contributing to our collaborative learning culture, and helping to grow and strengthen our Women's Health offering.
If you are passionate about supporting women through every stage of life, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are excited to build meaningful, long-term relationships with both patients and fellow practitioners, we would love to hear from you.
