Genesis Minerals are currently seeking Process Technicians for permanent opportunities to join the team at our newest Jupiter operation in Laverton, situated a short 15 minutes away from Mt Morgan Camp, and just an hours' flight from Perth to Leonora, WA. This prospect is offered on an 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off roster Fly-in Fly-out from Perth, or Drive-in Drive-out from Kalgoorlie or local residential.
Reporting to the Process Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in the safe and efficient operation of the Processing Plant to ensure production, metallurgical and safety targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the gold processing plant, including:
Crushing and grinding circuits
Gravity recovery systems
Leaching and adsorption (CIL/CIP) circuits
Elution, electrowinning and gold room activities
Tailings disposal and associated services
Conduct routine inspections, start-ups, shutdowns and troubleshooting of plant equipment
Monitor plant parameters and make process adjustments to optimise throughput and recovery
Identify and report equipment faults and process deviations
Assist with basic maintenance tasks and liaise with maintenance teams as required
Complete accurate operational logs, reports and shift handovers
Maintain a strong focus on safety, environmental compliance and housekeeping
Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Minimum of 2 years Previous demonstrated Process Plant work experience
Strong ability to work effectively within a team
Strong communication skills, including communicating with people from different backgrounds and cultures
Ability to work to tight deadlines on multiple tasks
High level of enthusiasm for the work with high performance goals
Tickets / Licences for the following Skid steer, Fork lift High Risk Licence, Mini excavator, Integrated Tool carrier, WAH, CSE, Atmospheric gas testing, Gantry Crane, C Class drivers licence.
