The Team
McCullough Robertson's Litigation and Dispute Resolution group works with clients across a diverse range of industries, including energy, resources, manufacturing and government. The team advises on a broad spectrum of disputes, acting for individuals, private businesses and listed corporations in matters involving insolvency, corporate governance and compliance, intellectual property, defamation, regulatory investigations, white-collar crime and more.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior lawyer to join our growing Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Brisbane.
Working alongside highly regarded partners and experienced practitioners, you will gain hands‐on exposure to a wide-ranging and challenging mix of commercial disputes. From the outset, you will be encouraged to take an active role in matters, develop client relationships and build your advocacy and dispute resolution skills, all within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Experience




We are looking for a motivated lawyer with around two years' post‐admission experience gained within a commercial litigation practice.
You will have developed strong foundational litigation skills, including legal research, drafting, matter management and client communication. You enjoy analysing complex legal issues, are attentive to detail and take pride in delivering high‐quality work.
A willingness to learn, a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are equally important. You will thrive in a team environment, enjoy collaborating with colleagues and be eager to continue developing your technical and commercial expertise.
Most importantly, you will be enthusiastic about building a long‐term career in commercial litigation and contributing to a team that values excellence, collaboration and client service.
