About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Tradesman / Installer / Carpenter to join our growing installation team.
This is a hands-on role involving the installation of high-security doors, windows, wall systems, safes, vaults, and custom fabricated products across commercial, government, banking, and custodial facilities.
No two days are the same. You'll work both independently and alongside experienced installers on projects ranging from single-day installations to major security fit-outs.
Key Responsibilities
Install high-security doors, frames, windows and security products.
Install safes, vault doors, strongrooms and associated equipment.
Carry out site modifications including framing, packing, trimming and finishing works.
Read and interpret construction drawings and installation details.
Use power tools and installation equipment safely and efficiently.
Drill, anchor and secure products into concrete,



masonry and steel structures.
Complete site measurements and minor fabrication where required.
Work closely with project managers, builders and clients.
Complete installation documentation, SWMS and site reports.
Maintain a clean, safe and professional work environment.
Travel to customer sites throughout Victoria with occasional interstate work.
About You
You will be someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working on unique projects.
Ideally you will have:
Carpentry qualification or equivalent trade experience.
Experience installing commercial doors, windows or architectural products.
Strong construction and fit-out experience.
Ability to read plans and work independently.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good problem-solving skills.
White Card.
Current Victorian Driver's Licence.
Ability to pass police and security background checks.
Forklift, EWP, Working at Heights or First Aid qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
