CNC Brake Press Machine Operator | $35ph | IMMEDIATE START
We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a busy and growing manufacturing facility based in Heathwood. Opportunity for full-time hours, optional overtime, and the chance to join a supportive team environment within a well-established manufacturing operation.
About the Role
Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will operate machinery and work with manufacturing drawings to produce high-quality products.
Key production areas include:
Press Brake
CNC Machines
Shearline Machines
Your Duties Will Include
Operating Press Brake machinery to fold and bend sheet metal
Manufacturing doors, trims, and components
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Using hand and power tools
Maintaining a clean and safe work workplace
Working collaboratively within a production team
Learning and operating additional machinery where required
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:




Previous Machine Operating experience, ideally within manufacturing or engineering
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Experience using hand and power tools (ESSENTIAL)
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately
Good understanding of workplace safety practices
Ability to work with limited supervision
Reliable transport to and from work
Physical fitness for manual handling tasks
Metalwork, fabrication, welding, or production experience
Experience within industrial or engineering environments
Willingness to learn and grow within the business
Shift Times
Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol screening.
