Practice Nurse

What You'll Do:
Clinical Care:
Perform a range of duties, including triage, immunisations, chronic disease management, wound care, ECGs, and pathology collection.
Patient Support:
Provide exceptional patient care, education, and reassurance, ensuring a positive experience every time.
Health Promotion:
Conduct screenings, preventative health procedures, and coordinate outreach programs to improve patient outcomes.
Team Collaboration:
Work alongside doctors and other medical staff, assisting in clinical procedures and ensuring seamless care.
Compliance & Infection Control:
Maintain the practice's high standards in infection prevention, sterilisation, and waste management.
About You:
Qualifications:




You're a Registered Nurse with at least two/three years of GP experience and a passion for general practice.
Skills:
You've got excellent communication skills, a patient-first attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
Knowledge of immunisation schedules, chronic disease management, and GP Clinical Experience is essential. Experience with Best Practice software is a bonus.
