Description
Support the setup and coordination of a new program during the discovery and planning phase
Coordinate workshops and discovery sessions focused on asset management, CMDB accuracy, lifecycle management, patching, and replacement planning
Track program milestones, dependencies, actions, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams
Maintain program artefacts including schedules, RAID logs, decision registers, and status reports




Support governance forums by preparing reports, presentations, and meeting packs
Act as a central coordination point between cyber, infrastructure, service management, and delivery teams
Ensure accurate documentation of requirements, outcomes, and decisions using Jira and Confluence
Support transition from discovery into delivery, ensuring clear handover and alignment
Profile
A successful Program Coordinator should have:
Proven experience as a Program Coordinator or Project Coordinator within technology or cyber programs
Experience working on new programs or discovery‐phase projects
Experience working in a telecommunications environment (highly regarded)
Strong coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Hands‐on experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking, documentation, and reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skill
