Conduct strategic review meetings and provide holistic financial advice
Lead, mentor, and develop advisers and support staff

Partner with operations and paraplanning teams to improve efficiencies
Contribute to business growth initiatives and strategic planning
Maintain high advice standards and ensure regulatory compliance
