The Opportunity
Reeman Constructions is entering an important stage of growth, taking on larger and more complex commercial projects, increasing the need for stronger operational leadership across the business.
To support this next phase, the business is seeking an Projects Delivery Manager who can bring structure, planning discipline, and practical leadership to the delivery side of the organisation.
Reeman Constructions' head office is in Taree, and your nominated office base may be Taree, Yamba or Coomera Your working week will combine time at your nominated office, working from home and regular project-site presence, with travel to the Taree head office as required.
This role will appeal to an experienced construction professional who enjoys managing their own projects while supporting and developing Site Supervisors and Junior Project Managers across the team. It's a role for someone who enjoys solving problems early, guiding others, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and professionally.
While the Coomera office provides flexibility for someone based in South-East Queensland, all Reeman Constructions projects are located in NSW. You will therefore bring practical experience working within the NSW commercial construction environment, including familiarity with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and contract frameworks.

Your New Role
The Projects Delivery Manager plays a central role in strengthening project delivery across the business.
This position combines hands-on project management with operational leadership across the project portfolio, supporting site supervisors and junior project managers while ensuring strong planning, programming and commercial discipline.
Success in this role will improve delivery consistency, strengthen team capability and reduce day-to-day operational escalation to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a personal project portfolio and oversee all active projects
Drive project programming as the foundation for progress claims, variations, and contractual performance
Identify delivery and commercial risks early and intervene where required
Mentor and develop Site Supervisors and Junior PMs
Set clear expectations and lift accountability across the team
Standardise delivery systems, documentation and reporting templates
Manage subcontractor performance,



variations and client relationships
Required Experience and Knowledge
To be successful in this role you will bring:
Proven experience in Project Management within commercial construction
Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
Strong commercial awareness and proven capability in managing project budgets
Experience managing subcontractors, variations and project delivery risks
Well-versed in construction contract frameworks including GC21 and MW21
Working knowledge of the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act (SOP Act)
Strong capability using project programming tools (Microsoft Project preferred) and construction management software such as Procore
Qualifications and Essential Skills
As the ideal candidate you will also possess:
Site Supervisor Licence or Builder Licence (NSW) - desirable
White Card (Construction Induction)
Current Driver's Licence
Qualification in Building, Construction Management or a related discipline - desirable
The ability to mentor and support Site Supervisors and Junior Project Managers
Practical leadership style suited to a growing regional construction business
Ability to identify and resolve delivery issues early
Clear and confident communication with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
