We currently looking for an experienced
Sales Representative
to join our team based in the Dubbo branch. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of a thriving industry, with the chance to make a real difference.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the region;
Building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term customer relationships;
Promoting Southern Steel's products and services to both recent and existing customers;
Understanding customer requirements and delivering tailored solutions;
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to maximise business opportunities;
Collaborating with the branch team to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.




We are looking for someone with a positive personality who builds relationships easily and loves the sales environment.Being a great relationship builder and a team player will help you achieve positive outcomes while in this role.
To be successful in this role, you will also need:
Knowledge of the steel, building, or construction industry;
Previous experience in sales roles and an understanding of sales processes;
Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills;
Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously;
Commercial acumen coupled with strong computer skills.
