About the Role
We're seeking an experienced
Production Operator
with a strong background in food manufacturing to join our Heidelberg West team. This is an opportunity to bring your skills to a quality-focused environment where food safety, teamwork and operational excellence are at the heart of everything we do.
What Your Day Looks Like
Follow direction from the Production Manager and Team Lead to deliver production targets on time
Operating and monitoring production equipment to meet safety, quality, and output targets
Following GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards at all times
Completing batch documentation and production records accurately
Performing basic calculations for batching, measurements, and production requirements
Performing basic troubleshooting and equipment checks to keep production running smoothly




Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Working closely with the team to deliver on daily production plans
Identifying, supporting and participating in continuous improvement opportunities
The Ingredients for Success
Prior experience in food manufacturing or food production environments (highly desirable)
Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and quality standards
Basic maths skills, with the ability to perform accurate calculations and measurements
High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
Proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a quick-paced setting
Physically fit and able to roll up their sleeves and perform manual tasks (including lifting up to 15kg)
Forklift license (highly desirable)
