Role Overview
We are currently hiring
3 Sales Representatives
to join our team in Vermont, VIC:
In these
full-time roles
, you will focus on either
Air Conditioning Solutions
or
Solar Energy (Solar Panels & Batteries)
, depending on your background and interests. Your main responsibility will be to
develop new business opportunities and close deal
while
maintaining strong client relationships
, supported by our marketing and operations team.
You will:
Proactively generate current leads
through phone, networking, digital channels, and face-to-face meetings.
Build strong client relationships
.
Deliver
consultative sales
, recommending tailored solutions in
air conditioning or solar energy
.
Collaborate




with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
Close deals and
achieve sales targets
.
About You
Minimum
1 year of sales experience
(any industry; HVAC/solar experience an advantage but not required).
Experience in
both B2B and B2C sales
is preferred.
Full-time working rights in Australia
are essential.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
to build trust and rapport.
Mandarin language skills
are necessary,
Cantonese language skill are a plus
.
Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required.
