Simon's Cafe is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista / All-Rounder to join our busy café in Windsor. If you're passionate about coffee, enjoy providing excellent customer service, and can thrive under pressure in a quick-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role:
Full-time position (38 hours per week)
Must be available for a rotating roster (7 days, 7 am – 3 pm)
At least 4 year of relevant café or barista experience required
Requirements:




Previous experience as a barista and café all-rounder
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Leadership skills are highly regarded
Able to
handle pressure during busy times
Must be available to work weekends
Valid driver's licence and own transport
