How you'll make a difference
Help clients feel comfortable, supported and independent at home
Assist with everyday tasks such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
Provide respectful personal care where required
Support clients with shopping, appointments, transport and community access
Build friendly, professional relationships with the people you support
Work with clients across
Boroondara, Port Phillip, Bayside, Stonnington, Monash, Whitehorse and Kingston
Help clients feel comfortable, supported and independent at home
Assist with everyday tasks such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
Provide respectful personal care where required
Support clients with shopping, appointments, transport and community access
Build friendly,
professional relationships with the people you support
Work with clients across

This role could be right for you if
You are kind, dependable and respectful. You enjoy supporting people, take pride in doing practical work well, and understand how important it is for older people to stay connected, safe and independent at home.
You'll need
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability, or first-year Bachelor of Nursing
Current First Aid and CPR
Valid Victorian Driver's Licence
Reliable car with comprehensive insurance
Smartphone
Availability at least 4 weekdays during business hours
