is looking for a passionate Horticulturist, Keen Gardener or Landscaper to join our small team creating & maintaining beautiful residential gardens across Bendigo and Central Victoria.
As part of our small team, you'll play a key role in creating beautiful residential gardens from the ground up. This is a hands‐on role with a solid focus on planting and garden establishment, while also assisting with the installation of complete gardens.
We're looking for someone who loves gardens as much as we do. If you're passionate about plants, enjoy working outdoors and take pride in creating beautiful gardens, you'll fit right in. While ongoing garden care is part of the role, our focus is on designing, building and establishing exceptional residential gardens.
Your responsibilities may include:
Planting trees, shrubs, perennials and groundcovers.
Garden bed preparation, soil improvement and mulching.
Setting out plants from landscape plans.
Installing irrigation systems and garden lighting.
Assisting with the installation of complete gardens.
Plant sourcing and nursery collections.
Maintaining a clean, organised and professional worksite.
Working closely with the team to deliver exceptional gardens.
This is a casual position with the opportunity to grow into a permanent full‐time role. As Laurel Design continues to grow, the right person will have the opportunity to develop into a Lead Horticulturist, helping shape our gardens and the future of the business.
