You'll join a dedicated support team in
Malvern
, providing complex care to participants with high physical support needs. Through consistency, compassion and clinical capability, you'll help create a safe environment where participants can achieve their goals and enjoy the best possible quality of life.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide high-quality personal care
Support participants with complex physical care needs, including manual handling, hoists and 2:1 supports
Deliver enteral feeding (PEG/RIG) and medication administration via feeding tube
Assist participants to engage in their daily routines, appointments and community activities
Work collaboratively with your team to provide consistent, person-centred support
You're The Right Person If...
You have experience supporting participants with complex physical disabilities
You're confident providing high-level personal care, complex manual handling and hoist transfers
You're calm, patient and reliable, with the ability to adapt to changing situations while maintaining a positive approach
You enjoy building trusting relationships and delivering consistent, high-quality support
You hold a valid P2 or Open Driver Licence, and have access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
You hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
