THE ROLE
As a Retail Travel Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing travel arrangements from enquiry through to departure, ensuring every client receives outstanding service and expert guidance throughout their journey.
Create and manage tailor‐made travel itineraries for domestic and international destinations
Book flights, accommodation, cruises, rail journeys, car hire and other travel services




Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
Liaise with suppliers to secure the best travel solutions and experiences
Handle travel amendments, reissues, cancellations and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
Provide expert advice on destinations, products and travel requirements
Maximise value for clients while identifying opportunities to enhance their travel experience
Stay up to date with emerging luxury travel trends, destinations and products
