Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the manufacturing or construction sectors.
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.




Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic partnerships.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Nice to have
Experience in the paints and coatings industry.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Skills & tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with data analysis and market research methodologies.
