About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care while supporting residents, families and the broader care team.
This role combines clinical assessments, medication management, care planning and leadership on shift within a well-established residential aged care environment.
You will work closely with the Facility Manager, clinical leaders and care staff to ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care to residents
Administer medications and complete comprehensive clinical assessments




Develop and review individualised care plans
Monitor residents' health and respond to clinical changes
Lead and support Care Staff during each shift
Communicate effectively with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Promote continuous improvement and compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
About You
You are a compassionate, reliable and clinically confident Registered Nurse who enjoys delivering exceptional care to older Australians.
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
Previous residential aged care experience
or
experience in community aged care or hospital-based aged care nursing
Full Australian working rights
Confidence managing clinical care and medication administration
